One of Buffalo's jazz treasures, Bobby Militello, leads his world-class quartet in a concert of jazz standards and songs by Dave Brubeck. Formed in 2014, his quartet includes Bobby Jones on piano, Jim Colemon on bass, and John Bacon, Jr. on drums. They have performed at the Monty Alexander Jazz Festival as well as at many local events and venues.

The recently formed Buffalo Jazz Collective will launch their inaugural concert season this fall on second Sundays of select months at the Buffalo History Museum. With the mission of preserving, celebrating, and advancing the rich jazz heritage of Buffalo, NY, the series will showcase many of the areas most esteemed jazz musicians. Artistic Directors George Caldwell, Mark Filsinger, John Hasselback, Jr., and Bobby Militello have planned six exciting concerts that feature a variety of musicians, ensembles, and themes.

General admission $7.00/ Free for members of the Museum and Buffalo Jazz Collective
Concerts begin at 2:30 pm; pre-concert talks at 2:00 pm.
