Singer Songwriter - The Random Hubiak at Merge Restaurant

The Random Hubiak's recordings draw comparisons to Harry Nilsson, early Tom Waits or Elton John or Leon Russell, Randy Newman, Ben Folds, Rufus Wainright, David Bowie, the Beatles, and Billy Joel. His lyrics have received recognition in the nationally distributed American Songwriter Magazine, where just this year his "Dumb as Dirt and Slick as Oil (Coal Oil Johnny's Lament)" took third place in the January/February lyrics contest.

He was a featured performer at 2018's Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg PA and the SS Cape May Songwriter's convention. Canadian-American Records featured three of his songs on their 2018 spring sampler CD and has picked up another of his songs for their upcoming summer sampler CD.
