GOJIRA, and GWAR right after an extremely positive string of reviews earlier in the year. This is their debut national tour. Something wicked this way comes, wending its way through damp back alleyways and down leafy New England back roads, whispering through still water and dark fog. The clarion call for the next great wave of American black metal has sounded, and Vattnet Viskar is leading the charge. They've once again followed the open road ahead, and returned bearing their most important work yet. With the autumn equinox not far off, Vattnet Viskar has completed work on Sky Swallower, their debut full-length album. Recorded at Universal Noise Storage under the watchful eye of producer Brett Boland, Sky Swallower features eight songs of masterfully executed atmospheric black metal devotion.

Spawned in western New York in late 2007, black metal outfit HUBRIS has entered the endless war path. They have been at the center of an extreme metal revival in Buffalo, along with a host of other great bands, and have performed with acts such as Watain, Lock Up, Goatwhore, Dark Funeral, Grave, Hate, Nokturnel, Insanity, Abazagorath, Manticore, and many others. HUBRIS released their debut full length album under Butchered Records in 2012, and in late 2013 they successfully executed their first cross-country US tour: The Satanic Crusades, alongside their brothers in arms: Neldoreth. Now the band prepares to record the second LP and a subsequent EP. Endless hellfire awaits--you are not prepared!!!

Where She Wept is a unique metal band out of Niagara Falls/Buffalo, New York. They have established themselves as a formidable force in the underground metal scene. The band's emotional dark music, dramatic live show, and powerful poetic lyrics have helped create and garner interest and praise both in the United States and around the world. The band combines elements from several metal sub-genres such as Gothic, Doom, Black, and Death making them one of the most original and diverse extreme acts this side of the Atlantic.

Armageddon started up in the Summer of 2012 as the project of brothers Anthony and Timothy Potenza. With the addition of Derek Schultz, Armageddon has evolved into a 3-piece thrash metal band. Over their first year Armageddon has played many local shows around the Western New York area, promoting themselves and getting their music out there. Over the course of this year, Armageddon has gained many fans, and continues to gain more each day. One of the noticeable things about Armageddon, is that they have a unique sound. They have taken elements from metal back in the 80’s, to metal from the 2000’s, along with some punk and blended them into a unique sound. The most surprising thing about Armageddon is that two of the members are young kids that are making some of the best thrash metal out there. The older members are 23, and 15 years old while the youngest member is the 11. These metalheads have a mission, to let people everywhere hear their thrash!
