A Buffalo Orienteering Club event, this event is for participants looking for training in map reading, compass use and orienteering skills.  The training session is from 10:00 am until 10:45 am.  After the training you will complete a beginner's course without an instructor starting at 11:00 am.  The beginner course is a two mile course through the woods finding six controls. 

The fee for this event is $15 and includes the map, compass rental, training and entry in to the event.  Online registration for this event is HIGHLY recommended by going here.  Registration on the day of the event costs $20.
