The Hospice Dash 5K
A family friendly and fun event, runners will enjoy live bands, scenic views of Lake Ontario and free t-shirts & finisher me...dals. The race finishes at a huge post race party with live music by Strictly Hip, free food and drinks, awards, best-dressed Rock-star costume contest, and much more! This family friendly event has quickly become one of the premier 5K races of the fall running season in WNY. All proceeds benefit Niagara Hospice.
