Curtain Up! in Buffalo is the annual celebration that marks the official opening of the city's professional theater season in the Downtown Theater District.

Schedule of Events
Act I (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM): A cocktail kickoff party held at the Scene One Market Arcade.
Act II (7:30 PM): Theater performances begin simultaneously across multiple participating venues in the district.
Act III (10:00 PM): A massive, free outdoor street party on Main Street featuring live music, food trucks, and entertainment.
