In this cook & dine experience, we'll set sail on a tropical island flavor adventure with Chef Krista as your guide. Welcome summer on the beautiful Roycroft Inn peristyle while sipping on tropical frozen drinks. The evening's dinner menu:

• Cayman style Conch Fritters with Jerkonaise

• Chef Krista’s famous Jerk Chicken Wings & fresh Snapper escovitche, with coconut rice & beans

• Unique, sweet, refreshing passion fruit sorbet
