The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 3-1 is offering an About Boating Safely One Day Class taught by Coast Guard Certified Instructors on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Officers Club of Fort Niagara, Youngstown. According to newly adopted New York State law, all jet-ski operators and individuals born after 1996 must successfully complete this course to operate a boat in New York waters. You may be entitled to a 10 percent discount on your boat insurance.
