Expression and Creativity Experimental Learning Laboratory (Ex.C.E.L.L.) is giving a FREE introductory workshop at the Frank E. Merriweather Jr.Library Auditorium at 1324 Jefferson Ave in Buffalo as an introduction to the Creative Workshop Series at the West Side Community Center later in the month.
In this Workshop facilitators Dr.Tiffany Du Mouchelle and Leanne Darling will facilitate exercises using mindfulness, movement, music, theater, visual art, and writing that encourage creative expression and identify blocks in a fun and supportive environment. The goal is to trust one’s inner creative and gain techniques to empower the imagination in all facets of life.
The workshops are valuable for those who are active in the arts, those who dream about becoming artists, people who are interested in being more creative and in tune with their desires, those who have difficulty speaking up for themselves or identifying what they want, and many more.
Suitable for Ages: 15 and up. FREE
