FREE Mommy & Me Dance Class

Mommy & Me is a 30-minute class designed for moms wanting to spend quality time with their child, create special memories and instill the importance of healthy exercise and a love for music and dance. We combine classical ballet and yoga-style stretching techniques to provide a well-rounded program that both moms and children 18 months - 3 years enjoy doing together. This is a six week workshop.
