Free One Hour Women's Self-Defense Class

Self-Defense is more than just knowing how to strike. This FREE workshop will provide basic instruction for women who have no training in self-defense. This is an introductory class to the full Women's Self-Defense and Empowerment two-day program designed to bring out awareness to help enable individuals consider ways to avoid or prevent an altercation and provide options should an attack occur.
