Join Be CANDY Coated as we host another series of the Girls Empowerment Workshops for ages 13-18, every Thursday from 6-7:30pm from October 9 - November 13, 2014.

The last two sessions have been absolutely enligtening, engaging and without a doubt impactfulf for not only the girls but the adults as we learn new things that our girls are facing DAILY.

Workshops include but not limited to: 

The Masks We Wear – Whether you admit it or not, we've all worn a "mask" to hide who we really are.
I Love ME First!  – Understanding self-worth and learning to value your mind, body and spirit.

What About Your Friends?? - Birds of a feather flock together, taking a look at the circle that you call your friends.
Social Media Etiquette – Understanding that what you put out on the internet is forever!  

With these workshops, the anticipated impact will be to have raised heightened self-awareness of what is going on around them and how they have ultimate control over their actions whether negative or positive. 

Six sessions packed with discussion and reflection on making positive changes within themselves. I hope you allow your daughters the opportunity to attend these workshops!
