Grilling & Chilling with Chef Krista Van Wagner

We’ll be chillin’ around the grill, as Chef Krista teaches the art of charcoal grillin’ and you sample local brews. Our dinner menu for the evening will be:

 • Properly set grill & position coals for perfect grilling 

 • Grill Jerk Pork Tenderloin & Herb Crusted Salmon with Chimichurri sauce 

 • Quick and easy side dish of Rice & beans• For dessert, “Little Green Men from Mars” (Grilled pineapple with green cream de mint flamed and served over vanilla ice cream)
