Reflexology at renew

There are reflexes in the hands and feet that correspond to every gland and organ in the body, Reflexology is a focused pressure point technique which can be applied to stimulate these reflexes and help improve issues within the body! Head to renew for a reflexology class with Sumi Seth, Certified Reflexologist from the Ontario College of Reflexology!

Oils that will be used during this class include Lavender, Lemon, Pepperment, Tea Tree, RC, and Thieves. Some common discomforts we will focus on by using Reflexology and oils include digestive, sinus/breathing, relaxing sleep, muscle pains, and energy!
