This class will help you hone your fish and seafood knowledge and give you instructions from Krista’s Kitchen on how to handle seafood with confidence. It will feature Ciopinno, a classic fish stew with mussels, scallops and shrimp in a tomato broth. Chef Krista will share her own creation, Scallops Balboa, served with mushrooms, artichokes and a lemon basil cream sauce. Learn how to prepare scallops that are tender and tasty every time! A classic fish recipe, Fish Almondine, is a terrific dish for everyday meals as well as entertaining family and friends.
