Learn how to preserve the bounty of your garden for the following year! Seed saving is the practice of harvesting seeds in the fall and storing them to plant the following spring. In this class, we will discuss seed saving basics such as what plants are best for seed saving, how and when to harvest, as well as proper seed storage techniques.
