Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, involves creating sacred vibration using chant, vocalization, and a wide variety of instruments – think singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, flute and more -- as a pathway to self healing, connection, and oneness. The ancient traditions of Nada Yoga are the foundation of Sound Healing, rooted in the idea that when vibration shifts, healing and integration can occur, and states of deep peace and rejuvenation result.
This workshop introduces core principles and practices for sacred sound and sound healing. You will learn about and experiment with powerful Sound Healing tools, including crystal and brass singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, the gong, flutes, the voice, and a variety of musical instruments, and get hands on experience creating sacred sound. You will learn to use various tools for healing others. 
At the end of the workshop, Angela leads you in a powerful two-hour healing sound healing journey that incorporates the key principles and practices explored in the workshop.
No musical experience is required, and there are no prerequisites! This workshop is open to all healing arts professionals and anyone who wants to learn to use sound to enrich their personal or professional life. 
Angela Blueskies is a visionary musician and facilitator who carries deep understanding of the healing powers of music and the Earth. A lifelong musician, she has been deeply influenced by the traditions of Nada Yoga and Bhakti Yoga, as well as indigenous and contemporary traditions of healing medicine songs. With a pure vocal quality, lush, beautiful harmonies, and rich instrumentation, Angela’s music brings people into profound meditative and ecstatic states and inspires deep connection to the heart. Angela enjoys travelling extensively through the Americas to share her music and wisdom. When she’s not on the road, she divides her time between her mountaintop sanctuary in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and the Sacred Valley of Peru.
