Chef Krista will take you on a journey through Germany! We'll start with sweet & sour Cabbage and brown butter Spätzle. Enjoy classic Brats and Sour Kraut paired with a sampling of German beer. The experience will conclude with Apfelstrudle (Apple Strudel) made with a delicate flaky pastry dough. Participants will see step by step how the meal is created and then enjoy the dinner prepared by the Chef.
