Join us for our Winter Play Wellness Retreat! This day long retreat will be held at the Lake Erie Seaway Trail right along beautiful Lake Erie. Grab your bestie or significant other for a dau of relaxation & rejuvenation!
Our day will begin at 10:00 AM with a Cacao Ceremony and journaling. Throughout the day we will enjoy yoga, journaling, sound bath, acupuncture, a wellness talk with Erin from Clean Earth Refillery along with a make & take, and a compliementary, healthy lunch.
All attendees will receive a Swag Bag.
