ChalkFest Buffalo! 2016

Monsters on Main Street is the theme of this charming, free, family-friendly art event. The Kid's Zone will feature the Live Story Book "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak. Cookie Monster will make an appearance at the "Wild Things" party with complimentary snacks and beverages for the kids. Explore & More Children's Museum will be on hand with activities and fun recreation. But it's not just for kids. The many artists who have reserved sidewalk squares do not need to illustrate within the theme - everyone will be free to create whatever their imaginations come up with!

The event will take place at the newly renovated Fountain Plaza, utilizing the sidewalk between Mohawk and Chippewa streets.
