Bunka no Hi is a Japanese national holiday celebrated on November 3rd. It celebrates culture as well as peace and freedom. The State Court will be abuzz with displays and opportunities to learn more about Tea, Folk Dolls, Origami, Ikebana, and Calligraphy. FREE.
