Slated to make special appearances are Spiderman, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, followed by Captain America from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday.

NYS Police will promote seatbelt awareness, snowmobile patrol and other safe driving tips, and the Wellness Institute of Greater Buffalo will once again sponsor Wellness Lane.
