Run walk or even crawl your way through this muddy obstacle course. The Dirty Girl Mud Run is not timed or competitive. Women 14 years and older of all athletic abilities can participate in this 5k obstacle course. You can go entirely at your own pace. It is recommended that you arrive an hour before you're wave time (you will choose a wave time from 15 minute increments upon signing up) The obstacle course may include off road terrain, make sure to wear appropriate shoes. You’re sure to cross the finish line in fabulous Dirty Girl fashion. Expect a “safety first” mindset throughout the course with water stations at mile 1 and mile 2. The obstacles include a 'Get over yourself' wall and tough muddy terrain. If you get to an obstacle that's more than a challenged for you, take a detour just expect to get really muddy along the way. At the end you will leave with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment along with some great Dirty Girl souvenirs! 

What you will need: 

A valid ID with your birthday to check in if you’re over 18 (you must have a government issued ID to check into the event if you are 18 years and older. If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)

Cash for parking, food, and drinks at the after-party 
Garbage bag to store your muddy clothes…they will be sopping! 
A towel to dry off and protect your car seat 
Change of clothes and sandals for after the rinse station and changing tent 
Your ticket printed from your Eventbrite account
