Congressman Brian Higgins will serve as the honorary chair of this year’s FLO Gala. A South Buffalo native, Congressman Higgins is a sixth term member of the United States House of Representatives serving New York’s 26th congressional district, which includes portions of Erie and Niagara Counties.
