The United Cultural Society, which sponsors all of the Polish Happy Hour Buffalo events, will be selling raffle tickets for $500 in NYS Scratch off lottery tickets around 6:00pm.
This is the largest monthly attended event in WNY and the largest attended Polish event of its kind in the U.S.
