Sausage Fest

Enter your homemade sausage (for free) to compete for best in show or one of our other sausage prizes. Or just come and enjoy some of the best, freshest, local sausage around from our friends at Mineo and Sappio. Games, music, and fun for all. So get out of the house, shake out those winter blues and eat some meat.
We'll have a listing of beers to pair with the sausages and plenty of side dishes, too. Those who come hungry will surely leave stuffed with sausage, sides and beer.
We'll even be showcasing a custom sausage-based bloody mary in preparation for Bloody Mary Fest 2017!
FREE festival fun for all and FREE to compete. Fun includes camp fire, music, games, beer, spirits, cider, wine, non-alcoholic craft soda's, hot cocoa and more. Food including Sausages, will be available for purchase during the event.
Competition Categories:
**Best In Show - any variety of meat ($20 gift card)
Best Venison Sausage ($20 gift card)
Best Breakfast Sausage ($20 gift card)
Best Sausage & Beer Pairing (Free growler and Fill)
**All entries will automatically qualify for best in show judging.
Judges will be RNBC Owner Dave Johnson, 2 RNBC Mug Club Members and a representative from Mineo and Sapio's and Ballyhoo Links and Drinks.

PROVIDE 5 Links per entry for Judging! **All entries will automatically qualify for best in show judging.
If you wish for public feedback and scoring please provide a minimum of 10 additional links.
No good chef can cook without a beer. One complimentary beer will be provided for those cooking their competition sausages on site.
A charcoal grill, propane gas grill, microwave, industrial convection oven and griddle will all be available the day of the competition. We have TONS of outlets for crockpots as well. Indicate which cooking method you'll need and we will schedule your judging time based on cooking options.
