Discover the many health, environmental, and animal rights benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.  The Tofurky Trot 5K starts at 10:00am across the street from Riverside Park on the Aqua Lane path. VegFest offers plenty of speakers, cooking demonstrations, athletic demonstrations, vendors, a food court full of delicious food, a children's area, and much more! 

The Tofurky Trot is a 5K trail run/walk and along the scenic Niagara River. Registration on day of is $35 and online until Friday at Noon for $32.50.  Proceeds are split between Asha Sanctuary and WNY VegFest. More information regarding the Tofurky Trot can be found at www.tofurky.com/trot.

WNY VegFest will take place at the north end of Riverside Park under a big top tent as well as inside the Bud Bakewell Ice Rink.  Entry to WNY VegFest is FREE.
