"Walking to Wellness" Mall Walk Series

The non-profit Wellness Institute of Greater Buffalo and its community partners are excited to announce the annual Winter Morning Wellness Series taking place on Friday mornings in March at local area malls. This week's walk will meet in the Apple Court area of the Walden Galleria Mall.

On-Site Registration for all walks (short walk: ~1 mile and longer walk: ~2 miles) and Mini-Wellness Fair begins at 8:30 AM in the Apple Court area. Walks begin at 9:15 AM.

These FREE WALKS include health and wellness resources, health screenings, light healthy refreshments, and an opportunity to meet new people and socialize in a pleasant environment! Each walk will include a door prize drawing. Prizes will feature a gift certificate for Explore Buffalo Walking Tours.
