Fitness 19 Williamsville presents 19 Games, a culmination of various events intertwining strength, skill, speed, agility, accuracy... logic and reasoning!

19 Games celebrates fitness in Western New York with a competitive and challenging, yet enjoyable, atmosphere where participants of every age, gender and ability level have a place in this community based event!

Our first annual 19 Games will be held on Sunday August 19th, 2018 at Buffalo RiverWorks located on Ganson Street in Downtown Buffalo with a full day committed to individual, partner and team competitions including Weightlifting, Rock Climbing, Kayaking, Puzzle Solving and more!
